What Lands in a Lutz Pool

We service residential pools weekly and Commercial properties run three to five visits a week. We do this since heavier use moves the readings faster and health code leaves less room to drift. Vacuuming is included on commercial accounts, and on residential it is the one item that gets added on.

Scale, Staining, and Fill Water
Fill water in Lutz comes out of limestone, so every top-off adds calcium. Evaporation takes the water and leaves the calcium behind. The hardness reading climbs all summer while the pool itself looks fine.
Commercial pools go through more fill water than homes do, so hardness builds faster on them.
