Local Pool Care You Can Count On

WTR DR keeps pools in Land O' Lakes and the surrounding area clean, balanced, and ready to use. We're a local, owner-operated company, which means the person quoting your service is the same person who shows up to do it. No call center, no rotating techs, no guessing who's coming.
Every pool is different, so we don't run a one-size-fits-all route. We look at your equipment, your usage, and your budget, then build a plan around that. Whether you need a standing weekly visit or a one-time fix before guests show up, you're working with people who know your pool, not a script.
Florida heat and rain don't go easy on pools. Algae, cloudy water, and equipment strain show up fast here, and a lot of that comes down to catching problems early instead of reacting to them later. That's the kind of thing you notice when you've been doing this locally for years, not running a route from out of town.

Sean Myatt

Sean Myatt started WTR DR in 2025 after seeing too many pools fail due to poor service providers.

According to Sean, "A daily, weekly, and monthly commitment to a pool isn't rocket science, but it does require dedication and pride of workmanship."

Sean guarantees that each customer will find their pool service predictable and reliable, so when it's time to swim, the pool is ready to go.

What They Say

“I recently switched to WTR DR from a big box service. Significantly better pricing and significantly more attention to detail. Service is top notch and very thorough EVERY service, not just once or twice a month. Sean also re-plumbed all my external piping and replaced a very old filter. It looks AMAZING!..”

I recently added pool service with Sean @ WTR DR and couldn't be happier with the service. Sean is responsive, shows up when he says he going to, and does quality work at a fair price. Below is a picture of my pool that Sean acid washed for me. I didnt realize what a difference it would make, but it looks amazing. Highly recommend Sean and the WTR Dr for all your pool needs.

Sean from WTR DR has proven to be dependable, professional and hard working. We turned to WTR DR after being “ghosted” by 2 other companies since the hurricanes late last year… my pool looked like a black lagoon. Sean explained what had to be done, quoted a better price than others and got the work done. I’d say he went above and beyond getting our pool back into shape. I’d recommend Sean and WTR DR for any of your pool service needs.

I can’t say enough good things about WTR DR! ! I was in a bind with guests coming over and my pool looking far from ready. I called last minute, and they showed up quickly, fully prepared, and got straight to work. In no time, my pool was crystal clear. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly. I truly appreciate their prompt response and high-quality service—lifesavers! I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

“I switched to WTR DR due to the professionalism of the organization and their knowledgeable and friendly team. During their very first visit they diagnosed the source of my algae and elevated salt issues that had been an issue for almost a year. They quickly fixed both issues and my pool is crystal clear as it should be!!”
