Pool Service For Tampa Homes And Properties

Many Tampa pools go a full week without anyone checking the water cleanliness. That can be dangerous to your health and damaging to the pool. WTR DR runs the same schedule every week to ensure your pool gets tested, cleaned, and adjusted with each visit.

What are we Looking For?

Pool issues often turn up before anyone at the property notices. Recurring issues we see on our Tampa route includes:

  • Chlorine low, stabilizer creeping up
  • Skimmer basket packed full
  • Algae starting on the shaded wall
  • Pump running louder than it should
  • Filter pressure high, flow dropping off

With WTR DR, you can expect proactive services preventing the issues above. Or, in the event of failing or vulnerable equipment, truthful diagnostics and real solutions.

Weekly Pool Cleaning In Tampa

We have our routine dialed in.

1. Debris comes out before the brushing starts; otherwise, it just gets stirred back into the water.

2. Testing waits until the end once the pool is clean, because chemicals dosed into a dirty pool read wrong and get used up faster than they should.

Every visit includes:

  • Surface and waterline skimmed
  • Walls, steps, and tile line brushed
  • Floor vacuumed (residential add-on)
  • Water tested and adjusted on site
  • Skimmer and pump baskets emptied
  • Filter pressure checked, backwash when needed
  • Water level checked, topped off if low

Staying Ahead Of Equipment Problems

Equipment is vulnerable to the elements, especially in Florida. Salt air can rust metals, and the screws and fittings can fail while the pump is still running fine.

We're checking in on:

  • Pump housing and shaft seal for leaks
  • Heater cabinet, fittings, and mounting bolts
  • Rust on light rings and deck screws
  • Handrail and ladder anchors tested by hand
  • Automation panel readings against the pool
  • Salt cell pulled and checked for scale

Repairs: Getting To The Root Of The Problem

Most repair calls start with an issue the customer identified.

"The pump sounds different, and the water is not moving the way it should."

Failed equipment usually has an upstream cause. WTR DR will prioritize the diagnosis first and a quote after that. A pump losing pressure might trace back to a bad seal or a clogged impeller, and swapping the pump out would leave either one in place.

Repairs handled in-house include:

  • Pumps, motors, and shaft seals
  • Filters, valves, and plumbing lines
  • Heater and automation repair
  • Pool lights and low-voltage wiring
  • Salt systems and cell replacement
Emergency calls get a same-day response when possible.

Two Kinds Of Pools, Two Kinds Of Service

A backyard pool and a courtyard pool with fifty people in it are different jobs. We run both.

For Homeowners

Weekly service on a set day, whether you are home or not. Tampa has many pools that go unmonitored for stretches and then get heavy use when guests or short-term renters show up. A pool getting irregular use is harder to keep balanced than a pool getting consistent use. Regardless of your current occupany, your pool visit stays on thje schedule.

For Hotels, Apartments, And HOAs

These pools run all day and the chemical demand moves with the crowd, so service runs three to five times a week. Health code compliance checks are part of the visit. A courtyard pool with a spa attached is two bodies of water on one pad, and properties with more than one of them stay on the same schedule across all of them.

Other Work We Take On

Weekly service covers most of it. These come up on their own.

Storm And Hurricane Cleanup

On a rental or a hotel pool the priority is getting it usable again fast. Debris comes out, the water gets brought back into range, and the equipment gets checked before it runs again.

Inground Spas And Hot Tubs

A spa sharing a pad with the pool is a second body of water with its own chemistry. Both get tested.

Equipment Installation

Pumps, heaters, automation, and salt systems, including replacement of what is already there.

Why Customers Stay

We are everything that a customer could want in a pool service. The visit happens when it is supposed to, the water chemicals are where they should be when you check them, and nothing turns into a bigger repair than it needs to be.

  • Same day of the week, every week
  • Water balanced
  • Proactive equipment inspections
  • A price confirmed before any work starts

"This company is amazing! My pool is always sparkling clean. I love that everything is included. I used to use a big name store, and when I needed my salt cell cleaned, or if I got a lot of organic matter in the pool and needed a phosphate treatment, it was always extra. Sean, Ryan and the whole crew treat their customers like family."
